Altozano Mérida is a premier real estate development featuring a complex of five exclusive residential gated communities with central lakes and a sports club spanning over 34,000 m² of state-of-the-art facilities open to the public. As a client, their primary need was to strengthen their market presence and generate interest in the sale of residential lots and houses, highlighting their unique lifestyle proposition. Additionally, they aimed to drive membership acquisition for their sports club, positioning it as a top-tier space for wellness and social engagement.
The Challenge with the Brand
The primary challenge with the Altozano brand was that its marketing had been managed centrally for its nine developments across different states in Mexico. This made it difficult to create localized and specific campaigns tailored to each location. For Altozano Mérida, this resulted in a disconnect with the local audience and limited visibility in the market.
Furthermore, the social media accounts for Altozano Mérida were practically started from scratch, requiring significant effort to build a community and create awareness of the brand in the region. Another critical aspect was addressing the perception that only Altozano residents could access the sports club, expanding its appeal to the general public.
Our Solution and the Result
For Altozano Mérida, we developed strategic campaigns on Meta and Google, focusing on brand positioning and generating leads. These campaigns highlighted the development’s key differentiators, including its stunning central lakes, expansive green areas, and privileged location in Mérida’s exclusive Country Zone.
For the Sports Club, we concentrated on creating content that showcased its impressive facilities while humanizing the brand by featuring its team of experienced and certified trainers. This approach aimed to build trust and convey professionalism to the audience, emphasizing the club as a welcoming and inclusive space for fitness and social interaction.
By emphasizing both the luxury and accessibility of Altozano Mérida’s residential communities and sports club, we helped the brand connect with the local market, increase awareness, and attract potential buyers and members.
