Concepto Master Broker is a business with over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Its extensive time in the market has secured it a strong position and recognition within the sector. However, it lacked a solid branding strategy aligned with its core values as a business. Below, we present our process to achieve this result.
Our Solution and the Result
A new logo was designed to better align with the company’s core service. The concept graphically represents an idea (a square - intangible, mental, two-dimensional) originating from a developer looking to bring their real estate project to life. Concepto MB helps structure this idea to turn it into reality (tangible, three-dimensional - a cube, an extrusion). Throughout the real estate project, the company provides guidance through two essential pillars, 1.Consultancy for the developer, and 2.Sales through real estate agencies. This dual support is represented visually by an arrow divided into two parts, emerging from the cube’s extrusion. This new identity better communicates the expertise, scale, and professionalism of Concepto Master Broker.
