Linmex is a company based in Mérida, Yucatán, defining itself as a community of real estate leaders constantly seeking opportunities to innovate the real estate industry. Their goal is to improve the quality of life for their investors, collaborators, and society as a whole through forward-thinking proposals.
The Challenge with the Brand
Although Linmex already had an existing brand identity, they no longer felt it represented them. Additionally, their logo visually resembled another brand, creating challenges in establishing a unique identity. This prompted the need for a complete rebranding to build a new identity grounded in their values, essence, and differentiators.
Our Solution and the Result
Through research, we identified key differentiators that set Linmex apart in their work with partners, advisors, and developments. These differentiators included: 1) Growth for investors: Linmex fosters growth for both capital partners and contributors. 2) Guidance for advisors: The company equips internal and external advisors with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in property sales. 3) Project success through proven methodologies: Each new project is executed with a systematic, functional, and proven approach.
These three pillars became the foundation for their new identity. The logo was designed as an abstraction of these core concepts, visually representing growth, guidance, and proven success. The new brand identity was further enhanced with a dynamic, modern, and youthful color palette, balanced by a formal and sober structure in its content.
The result is a cohesive and distinctive rebranding that captures Linmex’s values and solidifies its position as a forward-thinking leader in the real estate development industry.
